A Tale of Two Economies
  • Amid a backdrop of economic uncertainty, the U.S. high-end consumer has demonstrated remarkable resilience.
  • To gauge public sentiment toward major purchases, Occam interviews Americans to determine whether they believe now is a good or bad time to buy major household items. The results reveal a pronounced divide by income level. Earlier in the year, tariff-related uncertainty dampened confidence across all households.
